If you make the changes then close the message, it should apply the changes to all future messages. We are using Outlook I’ve got my Word reference set and Macros set to allow them to run. I tackle it by setting the minimum font size. Then you never have to zoom at least for reading message text. I have never known zoom work on the user interface.
